The KIDS:PLUS Program is the only before and after school program located on campus in all Cabarrus County Schools Elementary schools.  We are currently looking for individuals who love children and want to work in our creative, hands-on, after school environment. 

The KIDS:PLUS Program is dedicated to providing quality school-age care. Our programs are licensed by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child Development and all programs currently hold a five-star rated license.

Various Positions Available:

Group Leader base pay $16.07 per hour (compensation dependent upon experience) 

• Morning Positions (elementary 6:00-8:00 am or middle 6:30-8:45 am)
• Afternoon Positions (up to 4 hours per day between hours of 1:00 and 6:00 pm)
• Split Shift Positions (combination of morning and afternoon)

Substitute Positions ($15.60 per hour)
