The CCS Educator Leadership Series (formally known as the Teacher Leader Cohort) is a series of four courses (The Core Four) that focus on creative, strong and effective leadership skills,  best practice structures for teaching excellence, and how to communicate when stakes are high. Educators will explore and learn about these topics through Professional Learning designed around the books Creating Magic, Monday Morning Leadership, Best Practice, and Crucial Conversations. The Educator Leadership Series is open to any interested licensed faculty member who has completed their third year of teaching. Those who are interested in the Educator Leadership Series, can sign up to join. Completing these four base leadership courses, will open the door to a set of Leadership Pathways that can be applied for if interested and it will open the door to additional professional learning opportunities.
